100 Night Trial

Return / Refund Policy

If you wish to return any products, then please follow the process stipulated below for each product category:

1) Mattresses:

a) Our Mattresses are covered by our 100-night risk-free trial. We ask you to try your mattress for a minimum of 30 nights from receiving it. Why do we ask you to give us a minimum of 30 nights? This is so that your body has time to adjust to your new mattress and so your mattress can fully decompress.

b) Not Satisfied? Contact us at: info@peacelily.sg between nights 30 and 100 to obtain Refund Approval from the Peacelily team. Email us a full-length photograph of the back and the front of the mattress. You must ensure that your mattress is in good condition with no stains, tears or deformations due to misuse in order for your refund to be accepted. You must follow the instructions from the Peacelily team in order for us to check the condition of your mattress. Your mattress will be picked up for free in the majority of areas in Singapore. For it to be collected, your mattress must be ready for collection at the main ground floor entrance of your residence. This is a requirement of the company we've partnered with to reclaim our mattresses, and something which is out of our control. If this requirement is not met, they will be unable to collect, and we cannot initiate your refund. Alternatively, you can also choose to drop off your item at one of our depots. For any additional information, please get in touch with our customer service team.

c) Refunds are paid AFTER the mattress is RECEIVED in good condition and has been accepted for charitable donation, at which point you will receive the full amount that you had paid for the product. This is to ensure that our products have the longest lifespan possible and to promote the sustainable use of products.

d) Limited to one mattress return per household (two Long Single mattresses can be returned if a Split King Adjustable Bed Base has been purchased).

2) Mattress Toppers:

a) Mattress Toppers are covered by our 100-night risk-free trial. We ask you to keep the original box and to try your mattress topper for a minimum of 30 nights from receiving it. We ask you to try it for this amount of time so that your body has time to adjust to your new mattress topper and so your mattress topper can fully decompress. You must keep the product box in order for us to facilitate the return of your item.

b) If you wish to return your mattress topper, contact us at: info@peacelily.sg before the conclusion of the 100-night return period to obtain Refund Approval from the Peacelily team. Email us a full-length photograph of the back and the front of the mattress topper. You must ensure that your mattress topper is in good condition with no stains, tears or deformations due to misuse in order for your refund to be accepted. 3) Pillows:

a) Pillows are covered by our 100-night risk-free trial. We ask you to hold onto the shipping box and to try the pillow for a minimum of 30 nights from receiving it. We ask you to try it for this amount of time so that your body has time to adjust to your new pillow. You must keep the product box in order for us to facilitate the return of your item.

b) If you wish to return your pillow, contact us at: info@peacelily.sg before the conclusion of the 100-night return period to obtain Refund Approval from the Peacelily team. Email us a full-length photograph of the back and the front of the pillow. You must ensure that your pillow is in good condition with no stains, tears or deformations due to misuse in order for your refund to be accepted. You must follow the instructions from the Peacelily team in order for us to check the condition of your pillow. For it to be collected, your pillow must be ready for collection at the main ground floor entrance of your residence. This is a requirement of the company we've partnered with to reclaim our mattresses, and something which is out of our control. d) Limited to two pillows returned per household.

Exclusions:

a) The 100-night trial applies to purchases made from Peacelily and authorised third party sources. If the product was purchased from an authorised third-party source, the returns process will be subject to each respective retailers' policy but must still meet the returns criteria set by Peacelily.

b) If the mattress is purchased by international customers outside of Singapore, customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the mattress return.
